The Kalispel Tribe owns Northern Quest Resort & Casino. We are open about that: it is our resort, it heads the list for that reason, and a booking there benefits the owner directly.
How the site is paid for
Outbound clicks to resorts can be tagged by referral partners, and a booking made afterwards may pay hsn5050 a commission. There is also a direct interest at number one, since our publisher owns it. Hotels ranked two to ten have not paid for their places.
How we choose
We looked for resorts where the hotel stands on its own merits: a choice of rooms, a spa or pool worth using, food beyond a single counter, space for live shows, and a sensible route in from an airport. We read official resort pages first and compared them with tourism-board listings.
We do not hand out points or grades, and we print no guest testimonials. Facts we could not settle, such as exact room numbers, are left out on purpose.
